Scenic views, hiking trails & picnic areas are offered at this home of the country's largest cacti.
Both East and West sides are spectacular. Highly recommend checking either one of them out. Both have driving loops, which are great. The West side park feels more remote - the driving loop isn't paved - the East side driving loop is paved.
Absolutely stunning! There are no other words needed here. Enjoy it in conjunction with the Desert Museum!
Saguaro National Park has two parts: one on the west side of town, and the other, on the east side. Saguaro National Park West is on the way to or from the Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum, and is worth a stop (or a drive through). Signal Hill is the site of ancient petrolgyphs, and is an easy walk…
If you're new to the desert and would like an easy drive to see some of Tucson's beautiful Saguaro's, this is the place to go.
