The rooftop is nice and the observatory floor always has a cool art exhibit for display; however it is overrated. The high-rise terrace offers a better atmosphere than the top floor and you don't have to pay !

With 300m the highest building in whole Japan. Located just next to Tennoji train-station. If you wanna go up to the highest floor you have to pay arround 1500YEN. If you only go to the 17th floor its free! I recommend you to go arround 17:00 so you can see Osaka by day and wait a little bit and…
