The best sky bar view in Oslo at the Radisson Blu hotel at Holberg plass. The sky bar at Radisson Blu Plaza is good, but this has a better view, especially at night.

Stylish bar on the 21st floor of the Radisson Blu Scandinavia Hotel with great cocktails and spectacular views of Oslo and the Oslo Fjord. Summit was designed by the renowned architecture firm Snøhetta, which designed the bar to give its guests the feeling of standing on the top of a mountain. Age limit: 25.
