The beautiful Kissena Park which was once a tree nursery for the famous New York Central Park. The park includes a public golf course and numerous tennis courts as well as lovely trails for a nice stroll.

From tennis courts, to bocce ball, fishing, baseball fields, basketball courts and play grounds, there's always something to do here. It's good for walking, jogging, or just a stroll. And its golf course is on the eastern side of Kissena Park. Although a short course, it features some tight holes and several sneaky hills. Always seems to play harder than most people imagine. Notice the beautiful views of Manhattan. Course has undergone several improvements in past years. They say that the 11th tee is the highest elevation point in Queens. This offers a beautiful view of Manhattan.***Know Before You Go***Q65 to Booth Memorial Ave, Q17 to 164th Street then walk to Booth Memorial Ave. Q88 to 164th Street then walk to Booth Memorial Ave. Parking at Kissena Park Golf Course is ALWAYS free!
