This isn't displaying in the correct location but it's close enough... Victoria Park is a beautiful open green space and has a great coffee/brunch spot called the Pavillion which overlooks the lake.
My favorite park in London. The most pleasant way to get there is to join up with '4 Pound Path' off Mile End Road (Google Map it) and walk alongside the canal all the way. This is also a good cycle route too. Walk 25-30mins Cycle 10-15mins
Parking on near end only restricted Mon-Friday 10am-12pm NB Double check nearest sign when parking.
