Generally our hipster district, the Mission is really a mish-mash of culture ranging from immigrants, long term residents, hipsters and yuppies are living side-by-side. It's known for it's wide range of food, ranging from high-end restaurants to authentic taquerias. Spend your time tasting coffee, exploring fancy cocktails, to enjoying all the colorful street art and murals in the area.

Hip, diverse neighborhood with the best Mexican restaurants in the city. Check out Heath Ceramics, and Valencia street which has cute shops and great food.

The area surrounding the home is known as The Mission District and is a popular destination for locals and visitors alike, featuring some of San Franciscos best restaurants as well as an eclectic collection of arts destinations and latin culture. The Mission is known for great weather and Dolores Park is a popular locals destination on a sunny day.

Take a walk down the hill to experience the sounds, colors and tastes of the historically Latinx Mission District. Admire the murals, shop for artesanal souvenirs and eat at one of the many Mexican, Salvadoran or other Latin American restaurants and taquerias. My favorite is Farolito taqueria for down home and mouth watering tacos.
