A modern restaurant making full use of the abundance of local produce. St Clement's seasonal menus include fish from Hastings’ beach launched fleet and produce is sourced from traditional butchers, rare-breed farms and non-intensive dairies, local farms, fishermen & grocers. It has a relaxed and informal atmosphere and is perfect for an intimate dinner. Accurately described in a July 2014 Telegraph review as "Michelin-level accomplishment with an easy-going charm". Perfect service and a real gem in the neighbourhood. I took my partner here for a birthday dinner and he loved it!
