Promthep Cape is one of the best viewpoints in Phuket, it's right on the southern tip of the island and the views are spectacular. Grab yourself some homemade coconut ice cream, climb the steps and watch the sun go down.

“If you visit Phuket then you really have to visit the Big Buddha. It's the highest point on the island, (apart from Radar hill) and can be seen from most of the southern towns. Made from white Burmese marble the views are incredible and you can get blessed from the monks that live there and remember a loved one by writing your name or a message on a tile or a prayer bell. Not to be missed. ”
