Linea/Closer to the Moon terrace, 17 Calea Victoriei The entrance is actually on the street perpendicular on Calea Victoriei. They have one of the nicest views in Bucharest, from the terrace. Try to go there one-two hours before sunset. They also have a nice interior room, in case it rains. Prior reservation is needed for the weekend days.
