Street food restaurants. Cau Ba Quan is absolutely one of the best restaurants in Ho Chi Minh. The food is progressively authentic. The chef/ owner locally sources all of her ingredients, focusing on organic and pesticide/ chemical free produce. Try the asparagus, the clams with corn and the beef salad. Do yourself a favor and eat well at Cau Ba Quan.

This restaurant recently gained notorious reputation for being featured in two big food show on Netflix, Ugly Delicious and Somebody Feeds Phil. Keep in mind that this is no gimmicks, their unique blend of Cajun and Vietnamese spices is absolutely mindblowing. Things to try: clams & shrimps with butter and cajun sauce. 5 spice beef salad.
