Old Village is a great little neighborhood to walk around and look at beautiful old homes. This was the original Village of Mt. Pleasant.

Charming and inviting with a little downtown commercial district, great parks, views of the water, and the Pitt Street Walking Bridge out over the salt marsh between Mt. Pleasant and Sullivan's Island.

Originally a summertime location for wealthy Charlestonians dating back to the 18th century, this old waterfront community is a beautiful neighborhood known for its stately live oaks, lazy streets, and historic homes. Stop and check out the drinks menu at the Post House (101 Pitt Steet), you'll be sure to find something to eat and drink at this restaurant!
