Just two miles north of Bayview on the Third Street corridor, Dogpatch is a former industrial warehouse and working class neighborhood that now hosts numerous gourmet restaurants, brewpubs, lounges, art studios and experimental start-up venues.
eclectic and artsy and fun. Great walk on your way to the water for a run or downtown.
This previously light industrial neighborhood is going through tremendous changes with an increase of residential buildings and a new park at Pier 70 currently under construction, Landscape architecture by James corner who designed the highline in New York.
Great area for a nice walk and taking some awesome pictures. Beautiful homes, cute little shops and bakeries / cafe's.
