Good for bad weather. A visit to the Salt Worlds in Hallein is advisable. The salt mine is in the mountain, you enter the salt tunnels on a small train. And then inside the salt mine you go down two long slides and across a salt lake on a raft. Don't forget your jackets. Children from the age of 4 are allowed to visit the Salt Mines. Admission with guided tour 30 euros adult for children 8 euros Approximately 18 kilometres from flat, car required.
