Beautiful gardens set between Queens University Belfast and the Ulster Museum. Used in many TV programmes.

Beautiful flowers in the summer. A nice scenic walk, and really chilled out. On sunny days Botanic Gardens will be packed with people sitting chatting, listening to music, walking their dogs etc. Irish people go all out on sunny days so if you get some sun during your stay I really recommend a trip…

“Open bank holidays and Sunday’s, this can be a great time filler for kids especially as it opens early on a Sunday (shops and businesses open at 1pm in N Ireland on Sunday) Kids can easily loose a few hours here, major attraction has to be the mummy! Park Ormeau embankment if you can and walk through botanic gardens and see the palm house and large conservatory. ”
