Cella Bar is busy, so reservations are a must in the summer. Highlights are the architecture (and the food). This place is trendy and has a fab rooftop deck, but the lower bar is super cool, as a well known Portuguese architect designed it in wood. FACT: 2 Winters ago a massive sea storm managed to throw a few boulders in from the ocean and destroy the lower bar.. but don't let that deter you. She's looking pretty again ;)
