Mineral Springs Park is located about a mile away. This a beautiful little park with a walking/driving trail that follows a creek bed with many waterfalls and swimming holes. It is also the site of an oil well that was drilled over 150 years ago. There are places to picnic and enjoy the coolness of the trees and water.

Literally right up the road. Here you will find the oldest continuous pumping oil well in the United States. Follow the 1/2 mile, winding asphalt trail along Richey Run Creek through the Hemlock Forest.
