You can walk. It is worth it. The best kind of history was made HERE on THESE STREETS.
Must see. Learn about black history in the very city where MLK made the biggest impact.
Pay respects to Martin Luther King Jr. and visit his childhood home, Ebenezer Baptist Church and various buildings he frequented.
MLK center is a great spot for a FREE sightseeing visit :) Ride the streetcar back into downtown to Centennial Park and make a day of it ! Museum takes about 45 minutes to go through, is interactive and full of historic artifacts. Get there early for a free ticket to view his childhood home.
