The Factory is open to the public 5 days per week and also 'Ship Days' (or by appointment for larger groups). The Factory provides guided tours and a full explanation of the entire coffee operation ‘From the Tree to the Cup’, with opportunities to enjoy and purchase some of the finest and definitely freshest ‘Arabica Coffee’ in the World.
