Good restaurant for a light lunch. Ask for an olive oil and wine tasting evening. Good atmosphere, located in vaults within the city wall.

Should go if you are a real foodie. Local-old-school-genuine stuff! TIP: it tends to be packed on weekends so go there early or make a reservation. Ask Andrea (the host) for a "degustazione", he will let you try all he has to offer.

Do not miss a visit to Vecchio Mulino. This is not really a restaurant but a fantastic tasting place with the typical "slow food" style. Andrea, the big innkeaper, is very friendly and competent. He will help you to discover the season specialities of the region.
