White Star is a very nice, moderately-priced restaurant in downtown Cedar Rapids. There is often live music on weekends, and if you are feeling adventurous and don't mind rubbing elbows with the 20-something crowd, you can venture down to the Liquid Lounge in the basement for overpriced drinks and dancing after dinner.
