Nice, Quiet, Cozy, Close to Everything.

This newly renovated house is clean, quiet, nice, and comfortable. All of the furniture is new. Beds are medium/firm. My parents stay here one week per month and believe me, nobody is more picky than they are, so we know you’ll love the place! It has a large kitchen that is fully equipped. We have WiFi and tons of streaming services. It’s located on a dead-end street and it’s perfectly located in between the downtown area and the interstate. It’s the perfect spot to comfortably enjoy Paducah!

1 bedroom with a Queen size bed and a twin rollaway bed. This space is a private apartment in the basement of my home with separate entrance. Sole access to the living room, 1 bedroom with queen bed, full bathroom, game area with foosball and ping pong tables, and kitchenette. Located on 1 acre, so it’s private, but still in town. 5 miles to downtown and 3 miles to mall area. Please note that since this listing is in my personal family home, I will only host those with positive reviews.
