You can see if a space is pet-friendly by looking at the amenities section of the listing. If the amenities section has the Pets Allowed option crossed out, it means the host doesn’t allow guests to bring their pets along on their trip. This includes service animals.
However, the best way to find out if you can bring your pet or service animal with you is by asking the host directly as they are sometimes willing to make an exception. You can do so by clicking Contact Host on the listing.
It’s important to keep in mind that some hosts may not allow pets in their space due to allergies, so please don’t take it personally if they cannot accommodate your pet.
You can also see if a listing has pets on the premises (whether or not you’re allowed to bring your pet) by checking if Pet Owner is listed under the amenities section—this will only be visible if there are pets are the listing. Even if a host has a pet at the listing, this does not mean a guest can bring a pet unless it is listed as an amenity.
