When do I get paid?
Airbnb releases your payout approximately 24 hours after your guest arrives.* Payouts for long-term reservations occur on a monthly basis.
After we release the payout, it takes some additional time for the money to arrive depending on your payment processor. Average processing time per payout method:
- ACH / Direct deposit: up to 3 business days
- Bank transfer or international wire: 3–7 business days
- PayPal: Within a few hours
- Western Union: 1 business day (US Pacific Time)
- Mailed check: up to 15 business days
- Payoneer Prepaid Debit Card: Within a few hours – 1 business day
Many banking systems don't process transactions on weekends or holidays. Therefore, a payout released between Friday and Sunday might not be processed until Monday, and your payout might not be reflected in your account until Wednesday. It's also possible for a processor to experience technical issues or other extenuating circumstances that could cause your payout to take longer than usual to arrive.
You can check on the status of your payouts from the desktop version of Airbnb at any time in your Transaction History.
Payouts subtract the Airbnb service fee from the amount paid by the guest. If you have multiple listings with check-ins on the same day, any payouts going to the same method will be deposited together in one lump sum. Some payout methods, such as Western Union, have a minimum payout amount of $60. If a minimum payout amount is set, your payout will not be released until this amount is met.
*The check-in time is taken from your listing's details, or at 3pm in your time zone if you have no check-in time selected. In the event of a guest cancellation, any payout owed is issued approximately 24 hours after the originally scheduled check-in.
