The fish will follow our kayaks and get so close you can even touch them! You may also see crabs, shrimp & other sea-life as we illuminate the waters around us. No worries there's no crazy critters like Gators or Sharks just curious fish and other sea-life along with an occasional passing Dolphin or Manatee! With literally nothing to do at night in Water Sports, our Glass Bottom Kayak LED illuminated Night Tours are perfect for families, friends, large groups, or an unforgettable date night under the stars! These are dry kayaks with no water vent holes so no need to wear bathing suits. You can wear full clothing with shoes and even stay warm in the winter, although we recommend bringing a towel for your lap from the drip of your paddle! Be prepared for an unforgettable experience!

Our kayaking eco tour explores both the wonderful waters & beautiful beaches of Shell Key Preserve. This is an entirely outdoors experience! We do have to adjust daily tour times to work with the tides+weather so PLEASE LET US KNOW if you are only available for the 1 time slot you select. We'll meet everyone at the launch, do intros, give waterproof bags,& get prepped for kayaking. No experience needed; we'll give everyone a paddling overview! We use primarily double kayaks for ease+comfort. (Your booking time is the planned arrival time. Average water depth 2ft) After that we'll get launched into Shell Key Preserve, a beautiful shallow environment with tons of wildlife & a very interesting ecosystem which we'll discuss+the history of the Preserve! From the shallow seagrass flats to the large mangrove islands to the pristine beaches of Shell Key itself we'll try to cover it all! Including traveling through some mangrove tunnels (tides permitting, mainly Mar-Oct) We'll also look for+talk about some of our incredible wildlife in the Preserve including dolphins, manatees, & other fish/birds! Take a clear kayaking adventure through Shell Key Preserve, a tropical paradise with unique marine habitats. Your knowledgeable ecotour guide will welcome you and provide brief paddling and safety instructions. Then, you’ll be loaded into your tandem clear kayak and off on a 2-hour adventure! Your tour guide leads the way around the mangrove islands, through the shallows, and to the beach. If the tide is high, your guide will show you a hidden mangrove tunnel. You’ll also take a break at Shell Key Beach, where you can collect shells, take in the views, and be surrounded by nature. Your guide will be happy to take plenty of photos, provide awesome unique facts, and make sure you have fun along the way! While in the preserve, be on the lookout for a Manatee or the beautiful pink Roseate Spoonbills in the summer months. White Pelicans call the sandbars of Shell Key Preserve their home during the winter months! Dolphins frolic in crystal-clear waters throughout the year, and cormorants love to swim alongside your kayak. Don’t forget to look through your clear kayak for a unique view of the ecosystems that are underwater! Chances are that you’ll see a variety of wildlife, but sightings are random and not guaranteed.

Capt Yak is a Veteran owned business. We will explore through and around Mangrove Islands, Beds of Sea Grasses and Sand Bars on Comfortable and Easy Paddling Kayaks. Our Sit-On-Top Kayaks are outfitted with adjustable seats with back support that add comfort and paddling ease to your trip. The seat position also allows you to see the abundant sea life below much better than the old style Sit-In Kayaks. Birds, stingrays, horseshoe crabs, shells, manatees and dolphins are some of the wildlife you may see. Greg, "Capt Yak", will immerse you in this vital eco-system and provide you with information on the abundant wildlife and plant life you will encounter on this 3 hour tour. Your route will be based on the tide and wind to make the paddle as easy and enjoyable as possible. Mid way through the tour we will stop at Shell Key where you can Search for shells, take a stroll, swim or just sit an relax. Shell Key is the largest undeveloped barrier Island in the county and vital to the preserve's ecosystem. With nearly thirty years experience conducting field research and working in the zoo field, Greg has acquired a vast amount of knowledge that crosses over to his passion of kayaking.

This gentil and relaxing beach yoga experience is for all levels and meets at the southern most tip of Treasure Island. Local beach lovers secretly hail this as the best beach on the pennisula because of it’s bohemian decorated houses, tiki huts, and white sands. Bring your beach towel or yoga mat and join Carolina under the Caribbean pine trees for gentle Hatha Yoga class. Carolina begins with setting an intention, breathing exercises and then moving into physical postures. Wind down with stretching to prepare you for relaxing singing bowl to help open your heart energy center. The sound of the ocean waves will allow to relax deeper into ourselves. Class ends as the sun sinks into the sea, and then go for a swim to share your local experience with your new friends you met during Carolina’s class. l

See the murals of St Petersburg on a narrated golf cart tour. Sightseeing will also include artisan restaurants, bars, clubs, historic buildings, and much more! Note some murals shown are not on tour. I don’t want to spoil them all.

Welcome - Introduce the class to the expert mixologist and have her explain their experience with craft cocktails. Ask participants to introduce themselves & share why they’re excited about learning craft cocktails. The Basics - Have the mixologist discuss the basic elements of making a cocktail(alcohol, flavor enhancers, garnishes, ice, etc.) as well as which tools are used in making them (cocktail shaker, jigger, muddler). Explain what type of glassware should be used for different types of cocktails. Getting Creative - Participants brainstorm some fun cocktail combinations & come up with ideas for customizing cocktails for different occasions. Discuss common ingredients used in creating drinks like bitters, citrus fruits, syrups,& spices that can be added to give a cocktail more complexity or kick. Crafting Cocktails - Guide the group through creating their own craft cocktails from start to finish by breaking into smaller groups if needed. Provide samples of different cocktails along the way for people to enjoy as they make their own. Wrap-up & Closing – Go over any last questions that participants may have about craft cocktails & provide information on where they can get supplies/tools needed to make their own drinks. Thank everyone for attending & invite them to stay if they’d like to sample any other craft cocktails prepared by the mixologist or chat more with others.

We will take you on a delicious Brunch adventure in beautiful St Petersburg. We will meet outside of the Historic Detroit Hotel and make our way toward the first tasting venue. Take in the history and iconic buildings in between a total of 4 delicious food stops. Each food venue will have a unique Brunch tasting and you will get to know the local gems of the city. Two of our venues will also be serving brunch-style drinks. If you would like to eat, drink and explore like a local this is a great start! We are excited to host guests from all over the world! Our experience is meant to be social and we create small groups for this purpose. Our food stops will vary as we partner with many eateries in the St Pete districts Other things to note Let us know if you have a food allergy, we can cater for most if you let us know before the tour. Walking is at an easy pace and around 1 mile on flat paving.

We'll meet at the dock behind The Hotel Zamora in St. Pete Beach ($20 valet parking!) and depart on a private yacht for a two-hour experience. Canal tours in St. Pete Beach, Tiera Verde, Isla del Mar, and Pass-a-grille. Recline on the exciting bow or sit around tables in the stern to watch dolphins and shore birds. Our vessel offers shade, shelter from the wind, air conditioning, changing areas, and a restroom. We will cruise along a bird sanctuary beside the most notable local landmark, the Don Cesar Resort. Next, we cruise the aqua-blue waters along the white sands of Shell Key for relaxing. Customized music playlists. We almost always observe dolphins, osprey, and other shorebirds, and during the warmer months, manatees. We will then enjoy an amazing sunset and twilight return to the marina.

This thoughtfully designed ride through Tampa is truly a great introduction to our wonderful city. Our casual, 3 hour ride includes downtown landmarks, historical locations and ventures through various neighborhoods. With plenty of informative stops built in, this ride is designed to be easy for casual riders and includes a stopover in Hyde Park Village with enough time for a little exploration or a coffee (or beer!) and snack if you're so inclined. Feel free to pick the brain of your knowledgeable, local guide for recommendations for restaurants, bars, breweries, or other entertainment options. (Todd LOVES chatting with visitors!) For this 1 hour photo session experience I will take professional hi-res photographs of you and your family. We will capture posed and candid images. I will expose the sun setting, and light you during 'prime time' when the sun hits the horizon line. Your image gallery will be shared through my client proofing platform within 14 days. Experience shoots are usually 75-100 images - more for large groups. I offer up to 20 of your images at high res included in your experience. Experience the art of jewelry making in a private fully equipped home studio, under the guidance of a jeweler. This is a beginner friendly workshop, where you will create a sterling silver ring band made from start to finish by you. At the start of the workshop you will sign safety procedures and liability waivers. Then we will dive into the concept of jewelry fabrication and ring sizing before lighting our torches and forming your rings. You will have creative freedom to design your bands as you please. All individuals must wear closed toe shoes, short sleeve shirts or sleeves that can roll up and long pants. Due to COVID-19, we are taking extra precautions. Our tools and equipment will be wiped down before and after class. Workshop is limited to two individuals at a time.

FEEL FREE TO REQUEST DIFFERENT TIME Enjoy a nice relaxing kayak cruise to the BRAND NEW ST PETE PIER! Enjoy the city from a distance on the way with an incredible view of the growing downtown area. Look through the crystal clear water and possibly catch manatee and dolphins! Check out the amazing architecture of the pier and watch all the people who are visiting it. Please note that if it’s windy and waters are rough this experience can be difficult. You can always come back early if needed. I will let you know the state of the water on the day of your experience. The water doesn’t get more than 5 feet deep along the sea wall and the pier. It’s .4 miles to the pier. Catch some Florida sun the best possible way. I have 2 two seaters. 1 person can handle a 2 seater just fine.
