Jorge’s place is a nice large apartment within walking distance to the historical centre. It’s spacious and has everything you need. Jorge was easy to communicate with and very helpful.

I was in this beautiful apartment for 3 nights and it was a wonderful experience. From the first moment, Juan Luis was very kind and attentive, quickly answering all my questions and making me feel at home. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures, even better! It is located in a quiet and safe area. Very clean everything. Rating: 5/5 star

The accommodation is new, spacious and comfortable, it is highly recommended, I only have two observations: Getting to the building walking can be a bit difficult for the elderly because it is a slope, secondly the gas therma did not always work, Cinthya was left to solve it. Otherwise, everything was very good.

Our experience at this home was fantastic. The place was very cozy, clean and perfectly located to explore Arequipa. Bruno and his family were very kind at all times, they were always aware that our stay was as comfortable as possible. The house was clean and tidy, it had everything you need to spend a quiet night and I would definitely come back again.

It's a studio, just like the photos, comfortable, very good location. Yuri is a very good host, always attentive and willing to respond and help my inquiries. The location is very good, very close to Plaza Yanahuara, good restaurants nearby, shops, pharmacies, etc.

My stay was very pleasant from the beginning, the flexible check-in, the kindness with which I and my family were received. The house is spacious, comfortable, clean. Each room had a bathroom. This is my favorite Airbnb in Peru (and I've stayed in over 20)! Johana and James are impeccable hosts, always attentive and going above and beyond the ask. The apartment is beautifully decorated - the lighting is among the best I've seen in Airbnbs around the world. It was clearly done with careful thought. The apartment is in a large complex, but you never feel there are a lot of people so there's always lots of privacy. The showers are great, the laundry works well, and there's ample room for drying. But most of all, it's the kind hospitality of Johana and James that will leave you wanting to stay longer.

The place is just like in the photos, very cozy and you feel at home. Leonor is a hostess A1, I helped us in everything we had doubts. My stay and my family was the maximum.

Edu was a great host, always ready to help and solve any difficulty. The apartment is great, very spacious and the fact that it has 3 suites and one more lavatory was perfect for us! All well-equipped comforts, cooked every day, washed clothes and turned very well! Thank you, Edu!

Ximena is a good host, I do not hesitate to make clear the recommendations regarding the spaces we were going to occupy, she was also clear in the operation of the electrical appliances. the area is quite quiet, safe and private. recommended for a good stay, the rooms are super comfortable, spacious as well as the bathrooms, it would be nice to add more hangers to hang clothes.

Leonardo is an excellent host, very attentive. I returned to Arequipa after 20 years, this time accompanied by my parents and without a doubt the stay made us feel at home. Very comfortable warm atmosphere with everything you need to share a good day in the beautiful city of Arequipa. I will definitely be back for a next adventure as I fell short of time. I highly recommend the stay at the dpto. for groups of couples or small groups
