Our space has two bedrooms with 2 king beds andis convieniently located on the ground floor. Very comfortable beds, black out shades and air conditioners in every room. 2 full bathrooms with amenities. Very well equipped kitchen with plenty of space. Beautiful terrace with views to the interior garden courtyard of the complex that offers a nice breeze and shade. High quality linens to make you feel comfy in our place.

We are located in the complex 'Ipana' located on 38th street between 10th and 15th Avenue. Very desired complex and location with easy access to everything you need during your stay from large supermarkets around the corner to small quiant coffee shops, bars and endless restaurants. The beach in a 4 block walk and the famous 5th avenue is 3 blocks away.
