Welcome to The Hive at Druv Dakshin Wayanad—a colonial-style villa with a private plunge pool, designed for complete privacy. This pet friendly farmhouse features exclusive dining areas, property chef services, and a private tree hut. The guest can also access the common pool and cricket nets.
Just steps from Meenmutty Waterfalls and a 7-minute drive to Banasura Sagar Dam, Hive offers a serene stay without shared areas. The Hive blends adventure and peace for a perfect, private escape.

The space
This newly built 2400 sq. ft villa offers the perfect blend of space and comfort, featuring a private plunge pool, a common pool, two spacious air-conditioned bedrooms, and a versatile Air- conditioned living room with a queen-size sofa bed and three single sofa beds. This living room comes with a full bathroom, making it just as comfortable and functional as a regular bedroom.

The upper deck is outfitted with four additional sofa beds, providing plenty of room for relaxation and extra guests.

A cosy patio is available, perfect for group chats and relaxing, with a designated space for smokers, if needed.

For your culinary adventures, we’ve included a fully equipped private kitchen. If cooking isn't on your agenda, our in-house chef is ready to craft delicious, customized meals from the main kitchen, tailored to your preferences.

Located just 2.2 km from the entry gate of the famous Banasura Sagar Dam, the largest earthen dam in India and the second largest in Asia, our villa offers easy access to this remarkable attraction. You can even book an exciting speed boating experience on the dam for an unforgettable adventure.

Beyond the pool and cricket nets, you’ll also find two basketball poles and beautifully manicured gardens. Your tree hut, perched at the property’s edge and handcrafted by local artisans, offers panoramic views of the Banasura Dam catchment area. Upon your arrival, you'll receive keys to both your villa and private tree hut, ensuring an exclusive retreat just for you.
