Your home away from home has 3 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms. The entry welcomes you with over 20 living plants & an open concept living room with a huge 70 inch smart TV & oversized bean bag. Please feel free to spray the plants with the water provided.
The master bedroom has a new luxury king size bed, private bathroom , smart Tv & small desk. The guest bedrooms both have a queen bed , airbed, smart Tv & extra bedding, pillows.
The hall closet has many different games to choose from twister, cards against humanity and uno, as well as large, med. & small towels.
The Kitchen is well stocked and offers a side by side fridge with ice maker, large capacity electric oven with 5 burner glass cook top, stainless whirlpool dishwasher, ninja blender, toaster, ninja coffee maker and large microwave.
There is a hill country view from the back patio and a lush backyard to hang out and relax .We have a year round inflatable hot tub , outdoor seating, yard games and a wood/charcoal BBQ Pit. Our yard is fully fenced with a privacy fence.

EARLY CHECK IN REQUESTS:
Before you arrive in town, we need to ensure our previous guests have checked out, that the maid service and maintenance has been through the home and that linens and towels are fresh and ready for your visit. All this takes time and needs to be done before you check in. Check-in is at 3:00 pm. Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Due to the nature of the vacation rental business, housekeepers are on tight schedules. Please honor the check-out time. Early check-ins and late check-outs are only available if another guest is not checking in or out of the property on the same day. To request an early check-in or a late check-out please message me no more than 24 hours in advance, and if available we will send you the early check-in fees.
PARKING: We can accommodate 5 vehicles in the driveway, depending on size. Please be respectful to neighbors. No parking on private property or others driveways.
Guest access
We have a contactless check in. The lock is an electronic keypad. We provide your custom door code 24 hours prior to arrival.

Our home has a max occcapacity of 10 people. We have provided 1 king bed, 2 queen beds and 2 queen air beds. There is a per guest fee for every guest over 8 children under the age of 2 do not count as a guest.
