Enjoy the outdoors indoors by opening up the great room to the patio and lanai with heated pool & spa, nestled on the Rotonda River. Enjoy the views of the sunset and wildlife in the backyard. Golf at your choice of five courses in the community. Fish off the canal bank or lounge in the sun at the Boca Grande off the Gulf.

Located right next to the Rotonda West Wildlife Preserve, you might catch a glimpse of herons, alligators, bobcats, wild boars and our resident tortoise family living next door. The area offers great golfing (5 courses in Rotonda West), fishing, water sports, tasteful dining and entertainment and of course, our one of a kind sunsets. We are minutes from beautiful Englewood Beach, Stump Pass Beach State Park, spectacular Boca Grande Beach and Manasota Key. Great places to consider for day trips - Orlando/Disney - 2.5 hours, Miami/Ft. Lauderdale - 3 hours, Fort Myers Beach - 1.5 hours Tampa Bay Casino - 1.5 hours and Siesta Key - 1 hour.
