The apartment was renovated in 2020 and is now rented for the first time (spring 2021). It is located on the 8th floor of the house Landskron with beautiful views over Lake Ossiach. The apartment has a fully equipped open kitchen (stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee machine - fully automatic etc), living/dining room, bunk bed sleeper (bottom 140 cm, top 90 cm wide), bedroom with double bed (180 cm wide) and bathroom with shower and washing machine. Furthermore, the apartment has an approx. 14m2 loggia with dining table (extendable) and a bench (also extendable as a sunbed). The apartment is located directly (without street in between) on the southern shore of Lake Ossiach. In front of the house is a spacious lawn with shallow lake access and jetty. Behind the lawn there is a children playground, a pen ball/volleyball net, table tennis tables, football pitch and three tennis courts.
