Glassblowing Holiday Ornaments!
This is a very interactive and creative glassblowing experience for you to experience, learn about and enjoy the techniques of glass-blowing (aka "lamp-working) in a personal, one-on-one setting. We keep our group size to only 4 people at a time so that you have a truly one-on-one experience with a lot of hands-on time on the torch. (for groups of 4 the experience will be approx. 3 hours). Also, if the published time slot does not work for you on the day you want to come, just send us a message! :-) Once you arrive, you will go over what ornaments you want to make, size, colors, etc. Once you and Jason have the "blueprint" laid out, Jason will demo each ornament first. Then, you get to make your ornaments with Jason's guidance (limited to basic ornaments). If you do not feel comfortable on the torch, you can have Jason make the ornaments for you, or he can do the difficult parts. It's entirely up to you how much or little you want to do; however, you will be under the hands-on guidance and supervision of Jason at all times for your safety. Ornaments that Jason demos are available to purchase at a hefty discount. Other things to note: We are 50 miles north of Seattle. Northbound traffic is heavy, even on weekends. Please allow yourselves plenty of time to get here. Glassblowing is a physical activity - if you have health issues, please reconsider.

Lights, Camera, Traction; An Epic Stroll To Film Locations
After meeting at our historic courthouse steps, we'll begin a 90-minute cinematic walking adventure through our beautiful Victorian era downtown. Along the way, we'll pause at filming locations from several films including The Ring starring Naomi Watts, Snow Falling on Cedars starring Ethan Hawke, Enough starring Jennifer Lopez, and the movie that put Port Townsend on Hollywood's map, An Officer and a Gentleman starring Richard Gere and Debra Winger. At each location, we'll watch clips on a mobile screen while I tell you fun trivia and behind the scenes stories from their productions. As a former independent film producer and screenwriter myself, I'm happy to answer any and all questions about the filmmaking process. Beyond the films, you'll learn about Port Townsend's unique and fascinating history, and the economic struggles that accidentally led to its current distinction as a "living history museum". We'll make plenty of time for a restroom break and some gorgeous photo stops as we go. I'll be your personal photographer for the day.

Embodiment Nature Shoot
Join me for a one-of-a-kind nature infused, fine art embodiment photoshoot. Not very comfortable in front of the camera? Thats my specialty! I employ mindfulness techniques throughout the entire experience to offer a sense of ease and hold an empowering energy. The session begins at the trailhead where we greet each other and set a personal intention for the experience. A meditative nature walk brings us to a peaceful spot where we sit for a moment of reflection followed by a brief breathwork session to ignite the creative spirit. Utilizing both activating and calming/centering practices the breathwork session sets the stage for the following creative expression. Now that we are in the present moment and feeling calm, yet invigorated, the photoshoot set up begins. Playing off the natural light, found elements and fabrics we adorn the scene to meet the collective asthetic. I then direct a mindful photoshoot, centered on empowerment, freedom, strength and grace among natures gifts. Wrapping up the exhilarating, creative session with a moment of reflection as we hike out together. Following the experience I provide a publishable digital photo-gallery to share, display and remind you of the creation and expression of the experience. Leaving you with fine art works that highlight YOU and your unique spirit with a sense of inner balance and heightened creativity.
