Richmond's place is superb. We felt right at home at Richmond's place and the beach is loved by my mom so much, that she does not want to go on a tour anymore and just want to stay there. The place is perfect for our group of 6 pax and the kitchen allowed us to cook iut meals like when we were home. Thank you sir we hope to come back again soon. 🥰🥰🙂🙂

Our stay at Edgar's place made our LU trip truly special and FUN. Overall, we recommend booking his place for your stay. It’s a bit of a walk to head to surf town as it will take around 30 mins to get there on foot, so it’s best to take a trike or bring a car (but make sure the locations have parking). The place is clean and comfy. It has everything you need: smartTV, wifi, a few boardgames, cooking area (dirty and clean kitchen), and an outdoor patio. It's also a 3-5min walk to a beach side for your daily dose of nature. The host, Edgar was very accommodating. He gave a quick tour as soon as we arrived, he lent us a tent and chairs to set up at the beach nearby and helped set up the tent with us. (Thank you, Edgar!!!) He and Miriam also sent over a fruit basket, which we loved! Great constant communication over Airbnb too. Honestly, the hospitality is what made the stay so incredible. Will definitely come back again! Thank you Edgar for the wonderful stay!

Had a great stay! super homey feels, had all the kitchen utensils and with bathroom amenities too, so no need to worry if you forgot to bring a few toiletries. They also provide in house slipper to keep the place more tidy, specialt if your coming to the beach. The caretaker jep was very accomodating too with all of my inquiries, highly recommended! would love to come back again!

Hi! We did enjoy our stay. The place is too big for us 4 but definitely worth the say! We booked this last minute and good thing we found this place. Very near the beach just walkable. Overall the place is well maintained, complete of things we need. I enjoy staying because of very quiet sorrounding and verg clean place. Perfect place for family actually! Surely we'll be back here again.

It was exactly how it was advertised and we are so glad that we found this gem in Bacnotan. It made our first family trip to La Union one for the books. We loved being here. His wife welcomed us into the bnb and was super helpful and approachable. John was also checking in on us through chat. Althouth the house was on a hilltop with a high incline, the view from the house and the interior of the place was worth the hike. It’s also near Miryinda and Karruba, which are two of my favorite food spots.

Our family had a great stay here! Mary Grace was very responsive; it was a bit hard to locate the place due to newly constructed area but apart from that, everything worked out great. Having it on beach front was the amazing part of it! Will definitely stay here again...

I stayed here before in 2019 & had a pleasant experience, so I thought to book it again and I had a similarily easy and hassle-free trip! While the parking is a bit tight, it is doable — we were able to park a montero and FJ in the garage. The home itself was very clean, spacious, and had everything listed. My favorite part about this place is its location. Very near everything and super close to the beach! Would very much stay here a third time :)

The host (rish) and care taker (ate mich) are very responsive. There’s a power and water outage in our day 2 but they informed us ahead of time naman and they are willing to extend our check out para makabawi. We enjoyed staying here at Farmjabi! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The place is so beautiful & relaxing. Highly recommended if you want to stay away from the hustle & bustle & crowded beach front area. Well-maintained & having a private jacuzzi and heated pool is a rare find. Very responsive host and helpful staff. We definitely wanted to go back and try the other Asalea properties.

We.spent our last 2 nights here and it was a great place to end our holiday. The kubo itself is very atmospheric and comfortable. It's right in the middle of the countryside so slightly difficult to find but is well signposted. The surroundings are very natural and peaceful. Best of all the staff are really lovely and helpful and the food is good. The owners also have an amazingly cool beach bar with great food at San Juan

The location of the accommodation is picture-perfect. It's right on the beach, and the neighbors are very friendly and helpful. The amenities are modest, but everything you need is there. The accommodation is very clean, and everything works perfectly. The host is easy to reach and provides a lot of support if needed. Check-in was very easy, thanks in part to the good communication with the host. This place is very quiet and relaxing. It's the perfect place to escape from the stress of everyday life.

The place was perfect for our big group. The location was not very close to Urbiztondo or San Juan beach where many restaurants are located, but it’s just a short ride away and there is a beach that is accessible by walking. Neil was also very helpful and proactive with our concerns. We appreciate it a lot and would definitely recommend the place!

The property is exactly as described and looks even better than the photos. Checking in was a breeze as Ms. Jen was already at the property waiting for us even before we arrived, walked us through the property, and explained the house rules. The owner, Ms. Malou has been very responsive and friendly, it felt like we were staying in a friend’s house and everything we needed were immediately taken cared of. A short walk to the beach and the property has a private entrance and a guard at the gate 24/7. Would 100% recommend.
