Canalizu L'Abeya Village House

House rehabilitated in Sotres in 2010. It has two double bedrooms (one double and one twin), a fully equipped bathroom, a living room-kitchen, a fireplace (firewood is not included, but it is provided at an extra cost), heating, and a terrace that allows you to enjoy the Picos de Europa. In 2021 we improved our house with an outdoor porch. In 2022 we installed new windows and in 2023 we installed a new oven and ceramic hob in the kitchen. SmartTV in the living room and free WiFi throughout the house.

A 75 m2 house distributed over three levels and featuring a separate kitchen, a dining room, a living room with a fireplace, and two bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom. It is an old building that has been completely renovated and equipped with a ceramic stovetop, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, small appliances, dishes, bed linens, and towels. It has a closed patio with access from the kitchen to relax or eat outside and a balcony overlooking the street.

La Llosa del Valle is a very comfortable house of new construction but made with recycled hardwoods and very bright due to the large windows facing south. It is very warm and cozy... It is located on a private estate and has its own completely independent and closed private garden and parking. The view of the Picos de Europa is spectacular. It is located in a small village with hardly any inhabitants and where the road ends so tranquility is assured.

El Cuetu Cabrales is a full-rental country house. Located in Ortiguero (Cabrales), in a quiet and peaceful area. The location of the house allows you to enjoy the mountains in the incomparable Picos de Europa National Park and the nearby beaches of Llanes, even on the same day.
