Labinjonski krafi - A traditional Istrian dish, krafi are like ravioli, filled with a combination of cow and sheep cheese and raisins, with the addition of grated parmesan. As they say, their taste is glorious and unforgettable. Krafi are also made in other parts of Istria, but the peculiarity of these Labin's is that they are always sweet and as such are traditionally served cooked with roasted chicken and vegetables.
