Catholic basilica, located in the homonymous square in Milan, near Porta Ticinese. Subsequently dedicated to Eustorgio of Milan, it was built in the late Imperial Roman period in the period in which the Roman city of Mediolanum (modern Milan) was the capital of the Western Roman Empire (a role it held from 286 to 402). It is one of the early Christian basilicas of Milan.

Ancient late Roman building in Milan located in front of the omonymous basilica the medieval Porta (gate) Ticinese. They represent one of the rare surviving finds of imperial Milan. The area is full of bars and restaurants. Arrive there walking along Via Torino, from Duomo.
The church is known for the ossuary chapel, whose walls are mostly covered with bones to form unique and interesting decorations.

The large public areas of the station (head gallery, central ticket office and Galleria delle Carrozze) recall the Roman monumental architecture. Don't miss the FOOD HALL, recently inaugurated.
