Traveler advice

Getting around

Lots of toll roads around Orlando

There are two toll road operators in the Orlando area. You have the Florida Turnpike and then you also have several expressways. The best way to avoid these is to set your GPS to avoid toll roads. You can pay by plate, however this is the most expensive way to pay. Some roads have toll booths with people others do not and require exact change. Lastly, if you are going to be here a while or often, you may want to looking into buying an E-pass or a Sunpass. This prepayment method, is the cheapest way to pay tolls.
What to pack

The weather will change often

Depending on the time of the year you are visiting, you may want to keep a light jacket and or umbrella with you. Pretty much year round, don't forget the sunscreen.
Getting around

Short walk to the bus stop

We are a short walk, 15 to 20 minutes, to the closet bus stop, which can be found at the West Oaks Mall.
Getting around

Uber or Lyft

You might want to add both apps as prices can vary a lot between the two.
