They call it a cafe, but this cozy little restaurant is so much more. Known for its "comfort food" the Stone Soup Cafe offers breakfast & lunch. Everything is made on the premises, and some things including herbs and some veggies - come straight from the restaurant's garden.

There are plenty of BBQ resturants in Memphis but my favorite is Central BBQ. I recommend the pulled pork sandwich (you have to get it with slaw) and the dry rub ribs. The ribs are succulent and come with your choice of BBQ sauce.

A casual cousin of Chef Kelly English's Restuarant Iris (it is right next door). The Second Line offers delicious authentic New Orleans fare. I like the roast beef po'boy. On a nice day sit outside on the patio. You can enjoy a drink menu which includes local beers and some interesting herb infused artisan cocktails

This isn’t easy to summarize. Yes, we have 1.5 acres. And the first dedicated pong bar in Memphis. Top-notch diner? Got that too. Drinks? Beer, cocktails, you name it. Impossibly good ice cream? Yum. And yes. A huge outdoor space to explore? Indeed. Railroad shipping containers? Duh. Of course. Live music? Oh hell yes. Secret spaces, surprises and games? Happy hunting. Your favorite Midtown friends, family and neighbors? Probably. It’s Railgarten.
