Cevicheria (fish restaurant), bohemian location, no change in the las 30 years, without reservation, best time is at 12/1 pm to get easily a table, from 2 pm you have to wait probably 20 min, but the cool experience is, you buy your beer in front of the restaurant and you can bring it into the restaurant when you get the table. Part of the experience is to wait and observe the peolpe waiting, with your beer in your hands :-)
