Our Favorite Day Hikes Near Black Mountain

Here is a list of the best walking and hiking options located in or very near Black Mountain
Just 10 minutes from the house, the Montreat trails are top notch. Lookout is one of our favorites, it is short and steep with an amazing view. For a bigger challenge, checkout Greybeard Trail. They have a great website with a description of all of the trails and there is a map of the trails in the information center in the rental.
