Our biggest near town. Ferrol has a big Naval history and still has some ship building here but not as much as in the glory days of the past. Here you can find larger shopping outlets and a traditional cafe/restaurant culture. The main town centre is described as a chocolate bar ... a grid where it runs alongside the harbours and dock buildings. So easy to wonder around and explore. There is a mural walk Las Meninas, you can take whilst discovering part of the streets of Canido.
Out on the environs there are the usual trading estates with large supermarkets Carrefour, Lidl and Al Campo. All useful for organising your trip- supplies.
