An amazing project which is constantly evolving. Not a traditional "garden" visit but worth the visit to see the biomes and learn about the different climates around the world.

Sightseeing

Charlestown Very picturesque with a great range of bars and restaurants
A pretty traditional fishing village. It gets very busy in the peak holiday season but there is a bus from Heligan gardens or you could walk from there and catch the bus back. Lots of great places to eat and drink...watch out for the seagulls tho....

A great museum well worth visiting. It has lots of interesting exhibitions and the best cafe in Falmouth. On the top floor with amazing views and you dont have to visit the museum to use it. Drive to St Mawes and catch the ferry to Falmouth for a lovely day out.

Arts & Culture

Stunning building in stunning location. Newly extended it now shows a collection of famous local artists work as well as visiting exhibitions. For modern art lovers mainly. Again has a wonderful cafe on the top floor with great views from both inside and outdoors on the terrace. St Ives gets extremely busy so best to use park and ride.
