train subway mass transit runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
our neighborhood is alive at night, safe with people and family and shoppers out late,. I will tell you more when you arrive.
The D train can bring you to the house from the airports as well...the charge of 1 train fare, +$1. to buy the yellow train pass.....$2.75 per ride

Governor island free ferry to a lovely area.
prospect park is a 15 minute jog from our home.. or take the B16 bus to the Lake Entrance of the work. Horse back riding rental available too, winter ice skating schedule on line for entrance fee, skate rental fee, hours of operation, row boat rental in the summer time on prospect park lake etc. summer stage performances, dedicated bike riding and jogging permitted in the park.

Propsect Park Zoo is just across the street and Prospect park is also across the street, and the Brooklyn Public Library...all in the same area...try to see all these places in one nice long day and night.
