    One bedroom studio apartment set amongst the gumtrees in a koala reserve just 12km from the CBD. The apartment has reverse cycle air conditioner, its own kitchen and bathroom and an area out the back to enjoy the views. Clean and modern and very quiet with its own private entrance. Bus stops are a 5 minute walk to go anywhere. We are happy to help guests make their way around Brisbane or feel free to explore on your own. Located 20 minutes from the CBD & 45 minutes by car to the Gold Coast.
    Close to Commonwealth Games Brisbane Venues, 10 minutes to Chandler and Belmont Range. Situated 4 km from Westfield Carindale and 5 km to Westfield Garden City. Gold Coast theme parks are within easy access via M1 Motorway.

    The unit features unlimited WiFi, off-street parking and a home gym set on the balcony. Note: The guest parking for the property operates on a first come first served basis and cannot be reserved. If the guest parking is full there are unrestricted street parking options available.
    The unit is situated within 100 meters of a shopping and dining hub, Coorparoo Square. You will find a Cinema, a Craft Beer Bar, Coles, Woolworths, Aldi, 4 bottle-shops, an ice-cream shop, as well as many cafes and restaurants in and around the establishment.

  • Brad's place is excellent. It's clean, comfortable and so very affordable. I was pleasantly surprised by the amenities, it's very well appointed with all you could need. My stay was last minute and short, however Brad was extremely fast in response time and very accommodating. The beds are very comfortable and just what we needed after a long day. I'd would recommend Brad's place as a great option.

    In our inner city home, you will never have a dull moment if you don’t want there to be. There is always something going on. Even just stepping out of the door and taking a stroll among other pedestrians is enough to make you truly love life in the city, so give it a try. You have grocery stores, amazing coffee, restaurants, cinemas and public transport at your door step. Everything is less than 5 mins walk. Equally if you want to rest, you can simply zone out.
    You have a stand alone apartment. It’s a small but functional space that offers all essentials like fridge, utensils and more to make your stay enjoyable. We do have an iron, small iron table, Android TV, Netflix and more. You will need to connect your phone with the TV for internet connection as we don’t have WIFI at the property.
    The property is located in the heart of Cooraproo, you have McDonald’s near by or amazing cafes, cinemas, restaurants at your door step.
  • Highly recommend this airbnb. The apartment itself is spacious, light, and exceptionally clean with plenty of nice touches to make this feel more like home. The bed is extremely comfortable, with great pillows and bedding, and the bedroom has a great AC unit to keep you cool. Really happy with the rest of the space in the apartment, the shower is great, the kitchen has everything you could need and the lounge is the perfect living space. The apartment is also in a great location - a short walk to a number of supermarkets and a new entertainment complex with lots of restaurants, bars, a cinema and gyms. It is also very close to bus stations and trains taking you right into the city in less than 20 minutes (still in zone 1). The host was extremely helpful throughout the booking process and also during our stay, answering any questions we had straight away, suggesting places to visit and also sending a message to check everything was going OK. Really easy check-in process. Really can't find a fault with the place - this will always be the first place we try to book when coming to stay in Brisbane in the future.

Only negatives during my stay is that the neighbours tread like elephants (upstairs) most of the time I was there and you can actually hear a fair bit of noise from other tenants through the walls also traffic noise which after one week I got used to it.

    Recently renovated studio room in a solidly constructed mid to late 20th century motel building. We are set in large mature gardens with trees and lawns and lots of wildlife, which is unique in this location, well set back from the road. We are a small, family run motel trialling a listing a on this site for a huge 30% discount on normal rate. You get the usual motel services and we have a 5* rating on Google. There is room for a wheelchair.
    Our parking is plentiful and safe, with CCTV cameras on the premises. We are on a major bus route to the city and South Bank, Brisbane's premier entertainment area. We are in easy reach of many sporting facilities, hospitals and medical centres, and just a short hop onto the Gold Coast highway.
    We are located only 5 minutes from the large Westfield Garden City complex with it's thriving retail, cinemas and multitude of restaurants, both inside and out, around the popular Town Square. We are walking distance to the Southern Cross Sports Club which has a highly successful $10 dollar menu.

  • I didnt expect there is a proper garden and a timeless motel in the middle of boring households all over the place in the area including Sunnybank. There is literally a garden and you drive into the garden youll see the cozy motel in the back. structure looks outdated and very lowset. but once you get a room and sit right outside of your room in a garden chair, under the sun, looking at the garden, you will most likely forget about where you are. Remember you are in the middle of residential area which is full of boring same looking houses. This motel should have had its own historical moments. Secluded location is what i need to describe this accomodation. Youll fall in love with the host Penny shes lovely woman who cares about you and listens to you for any help you might need. Theres Garden city shopping center 5min of driving you know. i got so much to say but you just have to come what i was goning to say. This is very good motel. recommend to anyone whose looking for an escape, while, you are still in the city

    Your fully refurbished studio apartment is part of 'Waituna', built in 1895 and our family home for the last 28 of those years. You have a kitchen/dining/TV lounging area that is built around an original open fireplace that was the stable hands kitchen back when this was a farmhouse. A small comfortable couch lets you lounge back and watch a wall mounted TV with Netflix. A square table with 2 kitchen chairs is easy to move should you want to eat and watch TV. On one side of this space wooden french doors open onto a secluded paved courtyard where you can listen to the birds and watch the sun sink away. These are fully insect screened for your comfort. Back inside, take 2 steps down past the old fireplace and you find your queen size bed. It's soft and luxurious. We want you to sleep well so the entire studio has brand new whisper quiet air conditioning or if you prefer, a quiet ceiling fan. Off the bedroom the ensuite has a bath with a shower, a new and nice toilet, ample shelf space in a mirrored cabinet. Fluffy towels and plenty of hooks. Walk into the wardrobe and there's a stand for your suitcase, lots of half and full length hanging space, draws and shelves plus all the wooden hangers you need. There's an extra fan, your iron and ironing board and a full length mirror. Your kitchenette has a small fridge, toaster, electric frypan, microwave, cooktops, plenty of bench space and all the cups, plates, utensils etc you need.
    We have a very friendly and social neighbourhood. You'll likely hear the sounds of laughter coming through the trees.

  • Everything was perfect - especially for my specific needs (I had surgery at Greenslopes Private Hospital). Vicky and Julian are warm and friendly people - they are quick to respond to any needs - yet they make a point of giving you complete privacy and space. Their home is located in a quiet and peaceful area, yet very close to the local shopping mall and the hospital. It is also close to Mt Gravatt's much larger Westfield’s and Brisbane’s CBD. The accomodation is 5 star clean, comfortable for a couple, everything is provided, there is air-conditioning and a ceiling fan, so we were very comfortable even though we were there at the hottest time of summer. I cannot fault a thing about the accomodation or the hosts.

  • Oh, my goodness! This is the best place for either one or a couple! We couldn't believe it! It is on a hill, which is a climb but, it is just spectacular. Me and my partner stayed and went to the Australia Zoo and just relaxed, and we couldn't believe how great it was. I would say "book it Dano." And, much thanks to Vicky and Julian. Great people! However, we were unable to meet Vicky, due to her going away. But, she always got back to us, quicker than a flash. Take care and, really book this room!

I’m a very friendly, Christian woman ready to welcome you to this safe, lovely area. 3 comfy, single beds (2 rooms).
    As a very safe area, its an easy 1 min walk to buses and only a few more to the supermarket, Coffee Club and the M1. The space is homely and you’ll feel welcome sharing my home with me. There’s enough for you to relax after a day’s touring or conference. Also if you're booking in as a solo person, you'll never be expected to share your room with a stranger. Just FYI! :) Please note, you will need to manage 1 flight of stairs.
    This is a very quiet, safe area and community, convenient to coffee shops, buses and supermarkets. You can also walk to some lovely local parks.

    This 2 bedroom unit is close to the city, easy access to the city via train and buses. There are a few bus stands nearby and there is one exactly in front of the building, which is less than a minute walk. There are 3 supermarkets 5 - 7 minutes walk from my unit (Coles, Woolworths and Aldi). There new restaurants, pubs and cinemas close to the supermarkets (new Coorparoo Square). Great location!
    You can see the city skyline from my balcony. Location of my unit is very close to the city, just 15 minutes bus or train ride and bus and train services runs til late night but before midnight except Friday night. There are 3 supermarkets; Coles, Woolworths and Aldi just 5 - 7 minutes walk. There are new restaurants and pubs at new Coorparoo Square. There is a cinema as well if you would like to go for movie. Coorparoo state school is nearby, traffic will be a bit busy especially in the morning and afternoon.

    An apartment that occupies the ground level of a large property and has a separate, private entrance. It is fully air conditioned and boast recycled, polished wooden floors throughout. There is a big and comfy living room that has been newly decorated and includes two large sofas. The kitchen is fully equipped and has all new appliances, including an oven, fridge and induction hob. There are two double bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the one with a double; both with luxurious Egyptian cotton sheets. There is a bathroom with a large shower and a separate, second toilet. There is also an outside patio area that guests are welcome to use.
    Greenslopes is a suburb of Brisbane and is situated close to the city center and Brisbane river. The local area surrounding the house has several precincts including Stones Corner which includes funky bars and cafes as well as local boutique shops, pubs, restaurants, bottle (alcohol) shops and a local supermarket, all less than a 10 minute walk away. There are also good coffee shops less than a 5 minute walk away. The bus stop has an express bus to the city center and is less than a 10 minutes walk away, with many buses regularly running. There are bikeways and park lands running through the local area. Walking distance to Greenslopes Private Hospital is 5 minutes

    This groovy apartment is clean and fresh and has recently been renovated. It is within easy walking distance to public transport (busway) and is close to all amenities like shops, cafes, restaurants and more!
    The apartment is spacious and located in an older unit block from 1960 with character. The unit is fully renovated and bright with original wooden window frames. There is a balcony on both sides of the apartment so you can enjoy the sunshine (or shade) in the morning and the afternoon.
    Neighbours are quiet and friendly. There are 12 apartments in the building and all face the common area at the swimming pool.

  • The place was very nice in itself, too big for one person actually, it is furnished with the basics that you need and the location make it so much better, very near shops and restaurants, literally just in front of the house and then there's wollies and mcdonalds on the side just a few walks away. Milosh was very attentive with my queries, replies quickly and very friendly. Definitley recommended.

    Built in 2017 our retro furnished apartment is an ideal base located only 6km from Brisbane CBD. 1 minute walk to bus and 8 minutes from even more transport options. Apartment is fully self contained with full kitchen. 2nd bed is old fashioned sofa bed (pictured in lounge area) suitable for a child ( incurs extra person per night charge). If you choose to eat out there are over 10 choices within ten minute walk. Par Rafter Tennis Arena is only a few minutes drive away.
    Keyless entry means no need to worry about losing keys. Fully equipped kitchen. Spacious balcony for outdoor living has table and chairs plus a sitting area and even a sun lounger.
    8+ restaurants within 10 minute walk. Thai, Modern Cafe, Indian, Ethiopian, pizza, Pub, Chicken Shop, Persian and even Fish & Chips. Supermarket is 8 minute walk as are bottle shops and takeaways.

One of the most complete Airbnb kitchens I've ever come across in terms of pots, pans, all kinds cooking utensils, storage containers. And Woolies is just a few short block away.   • Nigel’s place is superb! It is a really stylish pad with a fantastic kitchen and outdoor terrace! We stayed for over 10 days as a base ad we had just moved to Brisbane. Could not have asked for a better place to stay. Nigel was so responsive and kind and we loved the ground coffee left and use of the French press. Really happy we booked here. Wish we could have stayed longer. Thanks so much Nigel for your hospitality. Loved the neighbourhood and the hiking trails close by. Moorooka has some great little shops. Highly recommended!

  • Nigel is a very accommodating host and easily approachable. His apartment is in a very quit street and off street parking is offered. The apartment is very clean and the bed is very comfortable. The shower has good water pressure and plenty of hot water. The kitchen has everything needed for a self catering stay and there is a shopping centre close by. Although we didn't take full advantage of this as there are amazing restaurants close by. O Mai Vietnamese cafe being one of our favorites. Tim Tams, milk and coffee was a nice touch by Nigel. The wifi is very reliable. The bus stop for buses to the city is about a 10 to 15 minute walk. Anyone coming to this part of Brisbane should stay at Nigel's apartment.

Only 2 minutes walk to railway station that has direct access to Brisbane city centre day and night.Great facilities s with all one can ask for including wifi . Good washing machine Tv, toaster , Hoover, iron board, chilling air con fridge freezer en suite toilet and large good shower / extraction fan . Only the washing machine is shared. Very clean and comfy.
