Curt was by far the best host I've had using airbnb! Everthing was as described or better and Curt worked with me to arrange accommodations at another property due to a last minute need to stay longer. Both properties were as described and I would gladly recommend staying with them to anyone! Check in was a breeze and their welcome email included detailed information about the area. He was very helpful and I would definitely stay again.

There were nice and clean towels and sheets for us and the air mattress was a bonus since we had 3 people. The bed isn't the most comfortable, but for a night of sleep it is totally fine. The only warning I have is that it wasn't the nicest neighborhood... we didn't feel very safe outside and there was no way we would walk to the Riverwalk, especially at night. So keep that in mind. However, felt very safe inside and the puppy was a bonus! So adorable! All in all we had a good stay and would recommend (: (it was me and 2 friends who stayed)

It is very clean and also Brandon allows you to use anything in the house, which seems "lived in” kind of, so it’s almost like staying at a friends house. He had plenty of towels available, his kitchen had all pots, pans, plates, a refrigerator filled with all kinds of condiments and food, he had a bowl of candy out, beds were comfortable. I had to contact him with questions and few times and he always responded very quickly and was very polite and helpful. Everything about our stay was positive. Also, he allowed us to use a parking spot at his other house which is right next to a beach access point so we didn’t have to search around or pay for parking and we were just so close to the beach (so much more convenient than we could have found on our own)! So generous of him. He is very friendly and we felt that he went over and above what is required.

Upon arrival, we were tired, so we relaxed and watched a movie on the big screen TV. A special treat for me was taking a nice bath before bed - tub is a nice size! Be aware you you have to drive on a dirt road, but it is easy to find and feels way more secluded than it is. We loved it and Wilmington (1st trip there).

It is spacious, immaculately clean, stylish and luxurious. We will be back, and next time we will stay longer. Loved the entrance with the curtain of fragrant spring jasmine, loved the carefully chosen books scattered about, loved the personal touches. You could literally feel the care lavished on this place. It was a privilege to be at the receiving end. Beats local luxury hotels hands down.

It is exactly as described in the listing, and it's a perfect place for a short or long stay in Wilmington. No need for a car, as you can walk everywhere within minutes! Check-in and checkout were effortless, and the overall, the stay was perfect. Thanks for the perfect place to stay!
