“A lovely park set on the hillside. Our kids always love to head here to play and explore. It is also where you will find The Whitby Museum with it's fascinating collection that includes dinosaur fossils and Captain Cook related exhibits. Well worth a visit.”

“Awesome views of pier and sea- ask for seaview window seats. Run by a fisherman's wife who guarantees fresh fish- locally caught lobster and shellfish, famous Whitby scampi, cod, haddock, salmon etc. Even 21 day sirloin steaks! Daytime or evening meals- go before 7.30 p.m.-closes earlier in winter.”
