“Not the cheapest, but possibly the best restaurant in Weston-super-Mare. On the Seafront, with great views, food and service. Can eat inside or out - weather permitting. Tables should be booked in advance as they do get very busy, especially if there is a Seafront event.”

Lodging
“Our favourite beach near Bristol. Its about a 55 minute drive but worth it if you want a day on a nice beach. Check the tide times because at high tide there is not much beach and a low tide hardly any water! We go the the north end of the beach by Brean Down - there is a cafe there but also an area where cars are not allowed on the sand. Climb the steps up Brean Down walk along to see the fort and ancient settlements.”
