  • This is an amazing little house. It’s perfect for two or three people coming up to see football game. There is nice outdoor space. The inside is decorated so cute. The house was clean and had lots of amenities. We are already planning to book next year

  • We had a great stay in Greenville, the location was a short drive to the down town area, while still in a safe quiet neighborhood! 10/10 recommend

  • We had a great time staying at Deryck's place! They were friendly and gave us lots of privacy. An adorable and very clean little house and we really loved and enjoyed out stay. I would recommend it to anyone !

    Carolyn2016-12-02T00:00:00Z
  • Deryck's lodging is what he describes it to be: a quiet, residential, private space that offers an affordable place to rest while visiting Greenville. The train noise was an early evening event - it didn't bother me (though the suggested noise machine was nowhere in sight).

    Ted2017-02-27T00:00:00Z
  • Our girls went to ECU Softball camp and loved the Pirate theme. It was clean, comfortable, and close the field.

    Heather2017-06-21T00:00:00Z
  • The place is super clean and in a quiet neighborhood close to everything in Greenville. Deryck was very quick to respond to questions. I would recommend his place to family and friends.

  • Mary Anne's place was great, I would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Washington, NC :)

    Meredith2017-02-15T00:00:00Z
  • Mary Anne is such a gracious host! And the cottage couldn't be cuter and more convenient to all the things we wanted to do. The town of Washington is a fun place to explore by bike -- lots of history, beautiful architecture, scenery, very little traffic and friendly people. We really enjoyed sitting on the patio of the coffee caboose during the early mornings and evenings as there were so many people passing by on their way to the boardwalk area with their dogs and many of them stopped to say hello, which made us feel so at home. The cottage itself is very comfortable with everything you need. My husband and I stayed with our two children (11 and 14) and it worked for us but if my kids were any bigger the sofa bed would not have worked for both of them. Otherwise, the beds were both really comfortable. I highly recommend staying with Mary Anne if you are planning to visit the area.

    Christine2016-07-18T00:00:00Z
  • I was not familiar with the area but had to be nearby for a business meeting. I found Mary Anne's place on the Airbnb site and decided to take a chance. The place was adorable and was only a few steps away from a very nice little boardwalk along the water. Cute little downtown area just a couple of blocks away. There is a little coffee shop adjacent to the property that is run by Mary Anne also, great coffee and delicious fresh baked goods. The staff was absolutely wonderful and very helpful! I look forward to being able to stay there again.

    Mike 2017-05-09T00:00:00Z
  • This place was just wonderful. It was close to everything in Washington. The close boardwalk was absolutely amazing. The Sleeper Car had everything you need for an enjoyable stay. I wouldn't think of staying anywhere else in Washington.

    Brenda2017-05-17T00:00:00Z
  • Great location that was very well located in Washington. Walkable to restaurants and great views. Even with a minor issue out of her control, Mary Anne was quick to respond and offer assistance. A+ stay and would definitely stay here again.

  • Beautiful living area, and quite comfortable. Nice coffee shop right next door to start off the day. The Boardwalk is a nice feature of a really special small and thriving town.

  • David and Sheri were awesome hosts. They have so many special touches to make you feel welcome and comfortable. We were so richly blessed during our stay!

    Steve2017-06-25T00:00:00Z
  • This was my second time staying here and even more enjoyable because David is so personable. And this time my brother stayed in the other room and he enjoyed it just as much. Truly a beautiful home in a fantastic location. I promise you you won't be disappointed.

  • Hospitality at its best!! We have been Airbnb Host and guests for years now and The Lumiere house is a true gem! The house and all it's history was so nice to be in. Beautifully decorated and clean! The private rooms had everything we needed for our stay. Beds were comfortable, ac worked great and the decor was outstanding. But the highlight of the trip was David and Cherie. They were right there when needed but also had this knack for giving us our privacy. The attention to details really stood out to us. They served us breakfast one morning that blew us away. Waters in the bedrooms, Umbrellas when it started to rain...and countless other little things that continued to impress. If you get the chance to stay here...take it! You will not be disappointed!

    Joel and Shelli2017-06-18T00:00:00Z
  • David and Sherie were very kind and helpful hosts, they provided us with a lot of very good recommendations for restaurants and places nearby. The house is beautifully furnished and clean. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend them to everyone.

Very large ensuite room with desk, and queen bed in beautifully furnished historic home in wonderful Washington, NC. House is from 1908 with cozy porch and river views. The guest room is upstairs and the only bedroom on that floor so privacy and quiet is assured. We are located 1 block from the Pamlico River, and 5 blocks from downtown Main Street with its great restaurants and interesting shops. We are in a safe walking neighborhood only 2 blocks from Havens Garden and Backwater Jacks. Guests have use of the sitting rooms, garden, TV, wifi, and parking. I am a faux painter and the house is my palette, and always a work in progress. Downtown Washington not only offers shops and restaurants, but Saturday Farmer's market, frequent waterfront festivals, once a month music in the streets, Estuarium with river roving tours, and nearby kayaking (with rentals). Goose Creek State Park is about 15 minutes away with beaches and nature walks.
I love being 3 blocks from Main Street and the waterfront. There is a very pleasant parkway along the river and a boardwalk which ends up in the beautiful historic area. There are many restaurants and art/antiques shops downtown.
  • Karen is a wonderful, warm hearted and most interesting person, who made us feel at home immediately. The room as well as the whole house is just a georgeus place to stay as Karen has excellent taste in decoration and furniture. When we arrived, she made sure, that we had everything we needed, offered us a glass of wine and made us comfortable. This was the best airbnb experience we ever had and we would call it gold standard. We hope to return to "Little Washington" as this is a really cosy smalltown. Best regards from Germany Tobias & Christine

    Tobias2015-05-22T00:00:00Z
  • Karen was the most accommodating. Her home was just close enough to downtown, for a short walk (on a boardwalk!), and nestled in a quiet neighborhood following the river. I enjoyed the quiet and private room and bath, the living room sofa for reading, front porch, and delicious breakfast. I was probably not the best guest, booking only the afternoon before and communicating little, and she was more than accommodating. Karen is a five star host! And, is why I love airbnb.

    maggie2017-10-08T00:00:00Z
  • Lovely historic home with a wonderful host! Karen made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. She had lots of suggestions for places to visit and restaurants. The room was even nicer in person, tall ceilings, claw foot tub, plush towels, luxurious sheets....etc, etc. Wonderful!

    Kimberly2016-04-28T00:00:00Z
  • We felt so relaxed and comfortable it was like staying with your Auntie! The house is a beautifully restored home from 1895 and our room was quite cozy, clean and bright. Karen was an attentive hostess as well as charming and engaging company. We very much enjoyed numerous conversations over glasses of wine. Breakfasts served included crepes with lingonberries, orange sauce, yogurt and prosciutto one day, and scrambled eggs with English muffins and homemade strawberry jam then next. Each breakfast began with plates of delicious fresh fruits. The wraparound porch was lovely for morning coffee, while the garden patio was a delightful place to enjoy breakfast. The house is situated in a historic district filled with other restored buildings from the 19th to early 20th century. The historic district of Washington, NC. is quiet, laid-back and endlessly fascinating in architectural detail.

    Brian2014-05-31T00:00:00Z
  • Karen was a really wonderful host, and her home is exceptionally beautiful. The bedroom with the en suite was very comfortable and convenient as well (I'm getting one of those pillows for my house; that was great.) Karen herself was warm and welcoming, and we had some great discussions during my stay. The breakfast was also delicious, and more than I could eat. Washington itself is a very nice little town with a cute historic downtown and wharf area. More people should visit, and if you do, be sure to stay with Karen.

    Scott2013-11-28T00:00:00Z
  • Karen was a lovely host and we absolutely were wowed by the gorgeous guest suite. We loved all the thoughtful touches (make up wash clothes, allergy sensitive soap, spare chargers, Tylenol pm) and definitely took notes for our own Airbnb. The room was sparkling clean. We especially liked like the purple painted claw foot tub. Despite our unexpectedly late arrival, Karen greeted us graciously and made sure we got settled in properly. We wish we'd come earlier to enjoy the porch and garden more but we both loved having a few hours in the morning to read on the porch swing before we checked out. The back patio also looked lovely and we felt very secure with our car parked off street and in view of the bedroom. At Karen's suggestion we enjoyed the estuary board walk before leaving town. We can recommend that too!

    Steph 2015-08-17T00:00:00Z
  • Karen was a most gracious host. The room, and in fact the whole house was wonderful and being only three blocks from downtown, it was an easy walk into town.

This tiny house we call "The Cottage" was built for short or long term family and guest visits. It's an entirely detached tiny house that feels like a boutique hotel suite with private entry, garden, complimentary street parking and Wi-Fi. It features contemporary cottage decor, bathroom with shower, dining area, kitchenette, laundry room, large closet, and screened porch. Ideal for those seeking a private space in a charming historic neighborhood. More personal than any hotel room stay.
We are in the North Market Historic District of Washington, NC. It is a quiet family neighborhood minutes to the waterfront, parks, river docks, shopping district, restaurants, and the Vidant Beaufort Hospital.
  • Michael and Catherine were wonderful hosts and their guest house was more lovely than the photos. We had no problem parking on the street and the screened-in porch on the back of the guest house was our favorite part. There was everything we could have needed, including thoughtful pastries and fruit for breakfast. Would love to return if possible!

    Elizabeth2017-08-31T00:00:00Z
  • The Cottage is an awesome stay. We really enjoyed our trip. The house is perfect and in a great location for kicking around Washington. We were in town for a wedding and unfortunately did not get to meet Micheal or Catherine. My wife was a part of the bridal party and we stayed on the go all weekend. However communicating with him was super easy, he responded to messages very quickly and everything was just so easy. The check in book has all the info you need about the house and the area. Micheal and Catherine also left us some fruit, milk, orange juice, bagels, and delicious pastries for breakfast. You just can not beat The Cottage if you are looking for a place to stay in/around Washington. Thanks again Micheal, I hope we get a chance to come again.

    Kendal2017-08-20T00:00:00Z
  • This little cottage for two is absolutely perfect. It's clear that every detail has been well thought out, intentionally placed, and meant for a hassle-free stay. There's nothing else we could have needed, and the fresh flowers on the table were such a lovely touch. The place is very clean...not a speck of dirt or dust anywhere. We sat on the screened porch in the morning, drank coffee, and watched the many birds visit the feeder out back. We were simply delighted with everything, and hated to leave.

    Andrea2017-10-16T00:00:00Z
  • This was the perfect place for my weekend stay in Little Washington. The cottage was cozy but spacious, equipped with every convenience I might need (and then some), and located very close to downtown. Michael and Catherine were a pleasure, and I'd recommend their cottage to anyone looking for a comfortable, private place to stay in Washington.

  • We had an amazing time at Woods Edge with Monica and Justin. Their house is beautifully located in a lovely quiet area right next to the river. The house is so comfortable and Monica made us feel so welcome. We were lucky enough to see a play in the local theatre which was great. The highlight was drinking tea on the dock in the morning with Monica watching the fish jump in the river.

  • Monica made the process of booking and staying pleasant and easy. The home is an absolutely peaceful sanctuary! We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful way to visit Washington. Thank you!

  • Warm and welcoming, beautiful, scrupulously clean. Monica was a gracious host, providing books to read and information about the town and surrounding area. The bed was extremely comfortable, and sitting and reading on her porch that looked out on the garden was the break that I needed after a hectic weekend. I loved the quiet neighborhood. It really was a beautiful home and a peaceful haven.

    zoe faivre 2014-10-18T00:00:00Z
  • The porch is more beautiful than pictured and the house/room/bathroom is immaculate and stylish. Beautiful flower beds bloom all around the wooded lot. An adorable kitty named K greeted me warmly. Monica is friendly and attentive to her guests. Her hubby Justin helped with getting the kayak ready for me to take a paddle and helped load up my car. LOVED the Wood's Edge!

    Lisa2015-08-12T00:00:00Z
  • Monica was great in communicating with us before we arrived. She greeted us upon arrival, gave us a quick tour, and had a nice welcome basket of snacks and water in our room. She made our trip so much more enjoyable....she has great recommendations for all the local spots....eateries, shopping, sights to see.

Modest home with a fantastic view of the Pamlico. Relatively secluded, quiet and serene. 130 foot private pier into the Pamlico which is accessible by any size boat on the riverside and a 25' or smaller boat can be tied up in the canal in the back.
FYI - There is a King bed, two Queen beds and a double bed in the four bedrooms. If you want to cook, there is a complete kitchen, microwave, coffee maker, etc. with access to plates, pots, utensils and basic supplies like salt and pepper. If there is any food in the house you may eat it if you wish! There is also a propane grill on the deck. There is a hair dryer in one of the bathrooms.
  • Our family really enjoyed this house. It’s very comfortable on the inside, and the backyard has an amazing view of the river. We could sit on the back porch and watch fish jump out of the water, crane stalk around the yard, and ducks and geese flying everywhere. It’s so peaceful!

The bed is queen-sized you have a private full bathroom with a stand-up shower. We have a fully stocked Keurig with complimentary coffee and tea available to you 24 hours a day. Also, there is a mini-fridge and microwave for your use just outside your room. Each bedroom door locks. And please note: We have a very gentle affectionate indoor / outdoor cat, Milo.
Our house is located in Washington's Historic District right across the street from the local library and a short stroll from the Downtown Harbor District and waterfront.
  • What a lovely home! An old bed and breakfast turned to Airbnb. Each room is individually locked. All towels, linens, toiletries and even Keurig coffee provided. Jeff handled all our communication and was as nice in person as he was online. The town of Washington is quaint, clean, adorable with gorgeous views of the Pamlico and sunsets. Jeff provided tips for meals, places to go, and hints about the town. The verandah and yard at this home is the quintessential old southern home scenery. Will definitely be back. The Green Room we stayed in was perfect. We received key at checkin and felt at ease to come and go and neighborhood was safe for walking in the evening and a short stroll to Main St and the waterfront. Hate that we only had one night. Thanks to Jeff and his lovely wife. Perfect hosts.

  • I had great time staying at this beautiful historic home. It was clean, comfortable, conveniently located, and was accurately described. Jeff met me at checkin and showed me around the lovely home. I highly recommended staying here.

  • This house is a must see. The rooms are decorated to a T and every window you peek out of has a unique view. There were many places and nooks to explore and relax on the outside and in the upstairs common space. We loved the location and the host offered us local tips on places to eat. Thanks to Jeff, we found some awesome food and local flare. We spent our evening on the porch swing enjoying the atmosphere.

    Michelle2017-09-30T00:00:00Z
  • Just by happenstance, I came across the Moss House, and Jeff was kind enough to let me register for the room on the spot. The room impressed me with its lovely appearance and appointments, and the full, private bathroom. The hosts are lovely people, and very gracious. I would definitely stay there again.

They had a lovely breakfast for us and were able to share some ideas of local restaurants for dinner. My husband & I visited the waterfront which was only a block from their home before we left Washington and sat in the swing together. It was very tranquil and pretty. This is definitely a great place to unwind.

  • Super friendly couple and perfect location. We could walk everywhere. The house is beautifully appointed and the vibe is relaxing comfort. Had we the time we would have just sat on the porch chairs and just viewed the world as it passed us by. Both our hosts were very thoughtful and had laid everything out beautifully. Breakfast was very nice, and we were allowed to store our items in their fridge. We would happily stay here again.

  • We had a fantastic stay at this location while attending our daughter’s graduation from ECU in Greenville. As the title says, the house is secluded and quiet, with tremendous views from the porch and dock. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils and we had no problems serving the eight people in our group. The owner met us on arrival, provided a tour of the house, and instructions on the details. We would be very happy to spend more time at this house.

Even though we were tucked away from the world, the wifi kept the teenagers connected when they decided they had fished and kayaked enough for one day. Bill is absolutely adorable and friendly. He welcomed us with open arms and pumpkin break as well as a full tour and history lesson. Perfect vacation spot for the family, and only 25 minutes from civilization. The back porch with a view of the bay and marina was a great place to watch the lightning at night and have breakfast in the morning after taking out the paddle boards out into the bay. The water was wonderfully warm!

  • If discovered this wonderful little water hideaway while planning some time in the Outer Banks. My family and I had planned a week I'm OBX buy were arriving in North Carolina a few days earlier than planned. This place was perfect for those few days. First of all its not far off of the I-95 corridor but, at the same time, gives you an area full of nature and water fun. Paul was a gracious, accessible, and communicating host. Our efficiency-like apartment had a full kitchen, full refrigerator, two queen bed and a futon: perfect for the four of us: 2 parents, daughter in other bed, teen son on futon. Food: There aren't many places to go to eat but one (Blackbeard's) was right across the street with love music, decent food, and courteous staff. There were a couple of other spots not more than a few minutes away. Water sports: Our rear porch basically opened out onto the inlet. Paul has laid out lots of water items, including canoes, kayaks, stand-up paddle boards, and floating "bouncy" platform. We took advantage of all of them! Additionally, you can fish and there are even crab pots available for you to catch and cook you own blue crab! We were there from Friday until Sunday. My kids had a great time and have already talked about keeping this place on our list of Carolina affordable retreats.

    Neal2017-07-30T00:00:00Z
  • Don't expect much. It is a tiny room that is tidy. The outside is deplorable. We stayed long enough to book a room elsewhere. When I contacted Paul he wasn't understanding at all. Although he did mention they haven't been able to do repairs since the last hurricane. We were so excited to go on a weekend trip as we never get to do that. It was a gift from our son. On top of him wasting $200.00 we had to go elsewhere and spend money we couldn't afford.

  • The Heron House is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation! The house is beautiful, well stocked with everything you could need, and has stunning views. My friends and I grocery shopped the first day in town and never felt the need to leave the house again. You can lay out on the dock all day, swim in the river, use the kayaks, cook great meals and hang out on the screened-in porch. The river is a bit shallow, but it's wonderful for a relaxing swim. We sat and watched eagles and great blue herons fly around during the day, and at night could see every star in the sky. Truly an amazing few days - I would highly recommend it. Mary Ruth and Emma made it very easy, checked in on us via text and were very responsive to any questions we had. Great house, great location, great hosts! Can't go wrong.

  • If you are staying in this area, choose this house! You will not regret it. Where to begin... First it is very secluded, offers plenty of privacy. It is the cleanest rental I've experienced. There wasn't a speck of dust or bug inside that house. Everyone in our party said they could live there, it was that beautiful. If you think the pictures look amazing, in person its 10x better. The highlights were the view, the extremely comfortable beds, the kitchen, the open spacious floor plan, the beautiful wood floors, the large porch with comfortable seating. Our favorite part of our stay was making dinner as a family in the kitchen and eating at the table on the porch overlooking the water at dusk. It is something I will never forget. ❤

    Sara2017-08-21T00:00:00Z
  • We loved staying here! Amazing views from the porch! The kitchen was a delight to cook in, beds were super comfy, very clean house, and MaryRuth was an absolute delight! Highly recommend giving this place a visit!

  • Place was wonderful, clean and in a great neighborhood that is quiet. Patricia is wonderful to work with and her animals are very friendly!

    Suzanne2017-05-05T00:00:00Z
  • Patricia and her husband were really nice and the place was awesome. Super clean, tidy, and we're really thankful about being hosted by them! I totally recommend them.

    Maria2017-06-24T00:00:00Z
  • I had a wonderful stay. The room and private bathroom were very clean and comfortable. Patricia was a wonderful host and provided little necessities, in case I needed them. She also was kind enough to make me breakfast to-go! I was visiting the area for a graduation, and was out and about with family most of the time, but felt very comfortable to come and go as I needed. The location is in a very nice neighborhood, which was easy to navigate to and from.

    Lizie2017-05-07T00:00:00Z
  • Accommodations were basis and satisfactory. Bed does creak a bit and the wood head/foot board do move about on the wood floors. I would recommend this stay for the most basic need and can tell you that the Hosts John and Patricia were excellent.

    Arland2017-06-06T00:00:00Z
  • Definitely welcoming and friendly. Communication was easy. Not for those who have cat allergies or don't wanna smell a litter box.

Come to our cozy retreat in the River Hills. We are less than 10 minutes from Uptown and the ECU campus in a lovely tree-filled neighborhood. Enjoy a bright bedroom, shared bathroom and updated shared kitchen. When it's time to wind down, help yourself to our awesome board-game collection, take a walk, sit on the front or back porch, or just lounge in the hammock. Great for campus visits, traveling professionals or a pit-stop on the way to the Outer Banks.
Less than a mile from Walmart, Food Lion, Aldi and some pretty good Chinese take-out.
  • The room provided by Elana & Jason was perfect for me. Being a travel nurse working long shifts, their room offered the privacy appreciated after long 12 hour shifts on my feet. The room was very clean and comfortable. It provided me with the comforts of home while being away. Thanks Elana & Jason for opening your home and for your hospitality.

    Wendy2017-07-21T00:00:00Z
  • This is a great space, not too far from restaurants, shopping, ECU, and downtown Greenville. The house is in a quiet neighborhood that is great for people looking to take walks or go jogging. The room was very comfortable and clean. Elana and Jason were honestly the best part of staying here. They were super welcoming and made me feel right at home. We talked most of the morning over coffee and tea before I needed to leave. If you are unfamiliar with the area, or haven't been there in a while like in my case, they also have great tips for restaurants and things to do. I would definitely stay here again.

    Matt2017-08-08T00:00:00Z
  • Elana and Jason were nothing short of kind, considerate, helpful, and fun. If you're looking to stay somewhere with people who will share great food recommendations, fun conversations, a glass of wine, and an excellent selection of board games-- look no further. Staying with Elana and Jason was my first Airbnb experience and I could not have asked for better hosts. Their dog, Xennia, is also an incredible hostess! My boyfriend and I can't wait to get back and get together with this awesome pair again soon.

    Beth2017-07-18T00:00:00Z
  • Elana and Jason were exceptional hosts. I needed a quiet place to recharge before a big interview - they gave me the space and resources to do so :)

    Allison2017-10-03T00:00:00Z
  • wonderful hosts, comfortable accommodations and nice surroundings! Everything about my stay was prefect...

    Joe2017-05-06T00:00:00Z
  • Their house was very CLEAN and well appointed. Adorable couple that were so welcoming. This room is upstairs and separate from the rest of the house, offering you a lot of privacy. The room is large, the bathroom is large. The carpet is new. The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. Elana & Jason went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. DEFINITELY A GREAT place to stay. I would recommend them to the pickiest guest!

The room is very nice and she provides anything & everything you could possibly need - linens, towels, hair dryer, shampoo, etc. Even water and snacks in your room. We had a chance to meet Nichole on our 2nd night there and she is a sweetheart I hope we have an opportunity to stay with her again

  • My Space was super cute! My daughter and I were comfy with fans blowing on us and we were up in a loft so coming in late wasn't a problem. (I forgot to turn them off when we left! Sorry for that. We were trying to get out in a hurry to make breakfast with my other daughter) We tried to be quiet. I would stay again and probably will over the next four years:)

  • Was my first time using AirBnb and was exactly what I needed while visiting my son at school. Lorraine was an excellent host. Had muffins, fruit and bagels out every morning for breakfast. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

    Kevin2017-08-20T00:00:00Z
  • Lorraine and her husband Steven were amazing. They welcomed us when we arrived, and they gave us a lovely tour of their home. Everything was clean and lovely, and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. We also had an opportunity to sit down with them one evening and thoroughly enjoyed talking with them about everything from flowers and gardening to cooking and traveling. Lorraine was even so sweet as to pack us scones and croissants for our roadtrip the morning after our stay. If you're in Greenville, NC, you should certainly consider staying here! Thanks so much :)

    Minh2017-05-06T00:00:00Z
  • This was my first Airbnb experience and it couldn't have been better. The room and space fulfilled my needs of being safe, close to ECU, affordable. Lorraine was very hospitable and accommodated my needs and requests easily.

  • Lorraine and her husband Steve were great hosts. They were very warm and welcoming. Prior to arrival, Lorraine asked what I like in the morning, as far as light breakfast goes. Upon arrival, she had fruit, bagels, cream cheese, and coffee for me. It was a very nice gesture that most other hosts don't provide. The room and bathroom were very clean. If I'm back in Greenville, I will stay here again.

  • The house was perfect for the ECU weekend to visit our niece...the house was spotless and could not have been a better set up for our family.

    Debra2017-10-22T00:00:00Z
  • This is a really nice, spotlessly clean and spacious house in a convenient area near the university and groceries. The hosts provided clear details on how everything works so we were able to have a stress free experience in the house. They also provided plenty of ideas and recommendations for things to do and eat locally. We didn't need it during out short stay, but I noticed the kitchen and appliances (washer/dryer) were all very nice and modern. I will definitely stay here next time I'm in Greenville if it's available.

    Dave2017-11-05T00:00:00Z
  • Very nice place, great location. Highly recommended. House was very clean and ready to use. Much better than hotel.

    William2017-09-17T00:00:00Z
  • We were honored to be the first guests at this Airbnb! We were prepared to be understanding of small amenities that weren't quite right yet but that wasn't the case at all. Everything was perfect! I love to cook and the kitchen had everything I needed to make killer breakfast, happy hour snacks, and post ECU/JMU football game fare. It was wonderful that the house is less than a block away from a great Harris Teeter. Another perk - Uber is alive and well in Greenville making it easy to enjoy my JMU Alumni tailgate, go to the football game at Dowdy-Fickleness Stadium, and get home quickly and safely. The beds were extremely comfortable and everything we needed for a weekend away was at the house waiting for us (even hair dryers, shampoo, etc). The location is perfect if you are visiting ECU. Jeremy was a wonderful host, communicating with me early in the process to answer any questions and immediately available if we needed anything. This is one of the best Airbnb experiences I have had. It is a lovely home at a reasonable price. I promise you won't be disappointed. I hope this home is available the next time my family and I are in Greenville!
