We are warmly welcomed by Marie in this single house. At the house a lovely garden. The setting is stunning rural location. The house has everything you need for a wonderful stay. The rooms are spacious, the kitchen provided everything that is needed. We were 8 adults and 4 children, and that was fine. The rooms are spacious.

The house is very nice, quiet and spacious. Many of us, 10 adults and 9 children including several babies. They had a blast. It was very cold outside in this new year weekend. The house has single glazing is not very well heated. The heat sensor being in the kitchen. But with a thick sweater and a good wine, we had a great time with friends.

We were warmly welcomed by Marie and this weekend was a delight. We were 6 families and we largely had room through the garden. Everything was clean, well-renovated house and really quiet hamlets. What to do for lovers of the rolling countryside.

Fijn chalet op rustig park met midgetgolf, twee tafeltennistafels, speeltuin en vijver waar gevist mag worden. Één minpuntje: op bepaalde momenten was er op bepaalde plekken op het park wel sprake van wat putlucht. Ongeveer een uur rijden naar parc Asterix alsook ca een uur rijden naar Parijs. Circa 20 minuten rijden naar Château-Thierry. Fijn ontvangst! Sympatieke parkbeheerder, en, er stonden een flesje rosé, vier flesjes water en een schaaltje met chocolaatjes voor ons klaar. Chalet was in prima staat. Het beddegoed en de handdoeken waren in goede staat en schoon. De douche was lekker, prima straal. Al met al een aanrader.

We had a superb weekend in the home of Nicolas. There are all comfort, the house is practical and with little more artistic touch in the decor. The kids loved the games of kappa and donkey neighbor .We could take the opportunity to discuss among adults, cooking. Tournament tennis and successful crepe evening before the fireplace! We will return!

The house is nice and cozy, and the garden is very pretty. It would be great to enjoy it on a summer day not when it was raining all day but hey. On the other side everything was in French so I had to (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) translate all the instructions.

We spent Christmas day in this house and it was very comfortable for us to all relax, sit by the fire, play games, the kids enjoyed the outdoor area and playing ping pong. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the duvets. The kitchen was great. We enjoyed making crepes. Thankful that there was some flour because we didn't have a chance to shop for groceries due to the holiday. Nicolas was a very attendant host and was available if we had questions. The location was great. Very quite and an easy commute to Disneyland. We were a family of 7 but it would be a comfortable situation for 11 people. Great stay!

We had a memorable stay in the beautiful house of Nicolas in Verdelot. The house has a lot of character, is tastefully decorated, has all the comforts and Nicolas makes everyone feel a little at home. This was a beautiful place for us to spend a relaxing Christmas. We enjoyed the fire, the kids loved the garden and ping pong, we all has enough space to relax and play games. It was a comfortable commute to Disneyland and all in all, it was a perfect place for what we had planned. The duvets were very comfortable and warm on each bed because it was a cold time of year. We enjoyed doing crepes and were grateful there was flour in the kitchen because all of the stores were closed. We loved our stay!!

We all really enjoyed our stay at Verdelot. The house was comfortable and we loved having fires in the evening. Le Jardin was a pleasant surprise we discovered on a walk.

Nous avons passé un super week end l'endroit est magnifique, dommage car manque de materiél dans le logement ,pas de micro ondes ,la personne qui nous a accueilli nous apporté un chauffe biberon pour chauffer les repas de bebe ,il n'y avait pas de grille pain, pas de savon pour se laver les mains, sur l'annonce le logement est décrit avec le matériel et produit de base ainsi qu'un manque de propreté dans les lieux.

On manque juste les sacs poubelles et des petites cuillère

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour de deux jours dans ce chalet situé dans un très bel environnement. Rien à redire sur l'accueil (gentillesse de l'hôte et cadeau de bienvenue très appréciables) ni sur la propreté des lieux. Cependant au niveau des équipements il y aurait quelques petites choses à parfaire : rien pour nettoyer le sol (ni balai, ni serpillère) excepté une pelle et une balayette, ce qui peut être embêtant en cas de séjour de plusieurs jours sauf s'il est prévu que quelqu'un vienne faire le ménage régulièrement. Un four( ou un micro-ondes) pourrait être bien pratique aussi, ainsi qu'une petite télé pour occuper éventuellement les soirs de pluie! Par contre, la cuisine était équipée en liquide vaisselle, tablettes lave-vaisselle et sacs poubelle, ce qui était parfait! Bref, bilan plutôt très positif de ce court séjour! Nous reviendrons sans doute un jour!

Michel was very helpful for making our stay (not very reactive mail and phone) and even if he could not meet us at the hour of our arrival, he had made all the arrangements for us to access the cottage. It is Bernard, a neighbor just as benevolent as Michael who hosted us. What a nice surprise when we entered a spacious, warm, clean and heated! Like at home. We did not miss anything and yet we were 11. Comfort is the appointment (quality mattresses) and the amenities were to make our lives easier (the dishwasher is still a nifty invention .. .). 2 big plus: the space that can be many without stepping on the feet and the ability to isolate a bit if necessary (ideal for a family reunion) and the frame, surrounded by nature, with beautiful walks to do (however if the weather is part of). We strongly recommend!

We spent two nights at Michael, as we were in the area for a wedding. And we thank him for everything. The house was perfect when we arrived, we were 14 to sleep there, and she agreed entirely with our expectations. Thanks again Michael!

We had a great weekend at 10 in this house. Located in a quiet corner where only the sound of birds, that is. Home to everything you need to spend convivial moments. The communication was perfect flow at the end, we had all the necessary information. However small note on the bed to change / fix / enhance in some rooms.

Wonderful little house that can accomodate many. In our group there were children aged from 1 to 6 and for us the house was perfect. You might not realise it from the pictures but the bedrooms are on three floors and that means many staircases. Luckily you can close the door that leads to the stairs to avoid any accidents. The location is not a problem if travelling by car. You can easily make daytrips to Épernay or Reims (about an hour away). Special thanks to Michel for being a great host!

Very positive experience! Céline, the wife of the host, took the time to call us 25 minutes the day before we left to tell us all the things to know about the house and its surroundings. The stay itself was fine: the place is very exotic and charming (exposed beams, warm decor, etc.) The house is not far from Reims and Epernay (allow an hour to Reims) which allowed us to enjoy champagne and exit at Reims. Only point of attention: departure is at 11am in the morning.

Noemie and Mickael were very helpful in directing us to the cottage and helped us with our luggage. Set in the beautiful Champagne region with easy access to Paris by train, the cottage is quirky with all the basic amenities, and is ideal for backpackers and adventurous families looking to do mostly outdoor activities. The village had good walks especially good if you want to stay away from tourist hot-spots. We quite enjoyed the small Champagne houses in Chateau-Thierry. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the cottage to anyone looking for a day or two in Champagne region

The place was an absolutely scenic and isolated mobile home. It makes a great getaway for any type of traveller. Perched on the hilltop with a great view of the rolling hills. Adeline's place is perfect and worth a visit. On Adeline's recommendation we visited Champagne Daniel Gerbaux for a tour and tasting 3 min drive from the house. It was absolutely perfect and we would highly recommend it. Due to the location of the house, you are able to see really far which made for a lovely sunset. Adeline is friendly and extremely accomodating. We look forward to staying at Adeline's place in the near future.
