Sightseeing in Victoria & Alfred Waterfront

Historic Site
“The Clock Tower is a truly interesting section of the Waterfront, taking its name from the central clock tower found in this part of the harbour. You access the Clock Tower either by crossing a pedestrian bridge over the water, or by taking the road that leads to the Cape Grace instead of the main Waterfront turn-off. There is a small shopping centre, a scattering of restaurants and some postcard perfect views to enjoy here. Don't forget your camera - you will want to get a shot of the iconic red clock tower!”

“Built by Sir George Grey the governor of the Cape in 1859 the Cape Medical Museum is a great visit if you are interested in the history of medicine, particularly as it emphasizes both Western and traditional medicine in the Cape.”
