“Set on a plateau overlooking the Dordogne river and valley, these stunning gardens that have been featured on BBC 2's Gardeners World are a great place to visit for the whole family. Children will love running through the parkland and playing in the play areas. During July & August every Thursday there are candlelit evenings with jazz music, take a picnic and enjoy a new experience. www.marqueyssac.com”

Harbor / Marina
“This is one of the most beautiful villages in France. It sits of the banks of the Dordogne river in a gorge setting. The village is built into the cliffs and dates back 500 years. You can enjoy the beautiful character of the village, climb up to the troglodyte caves, take a river boat cruise, have a drink or meal at a cafe or restaurant al fresco next to and overlooking the river and take photos of this wonderful village.”

“Un havre de paix à qq kilomètres de notre maison. Il y fait bon, il y fait frais. La bambouseraie est très bien entretenue et l'accès est gratuit. Des bancs et la nature ! On peut s'y balader et y boire un verre ”
